CEO & Co-founder
Anurag has more than 32 years of corporate experience & has worked with organizations like Kyndryl , IBM, Ericsson & Apollo Tyres. His last corporate role was as a Global HR Leader with Kyndryl before he plunged into entrepreneurship in December ‘22. Anurag has been a transformative & inspirational leader & has led teams in various capacities. He has deep experience in areas of Organizational Design, Restructuring, Change Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Transition & outsourcing among others.
Poornima Parameswaran Batish
COO & Co-founder
Poornima is a passionate industry thought leader with 25+ years of deep expertise across corporates and entrepreneurship. Her core work has been in the areas of Human Resources, Consulting, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Gender Equitable workplaces. She has extensive experience with corporates like Godrej Consumer, Airtel, IBM India and her last corporate role was as Global Vice President – Talent Management, Microland. She started her consulting and startup journey in 2015 with a focus on HR & Inclusion. She is a leadership facilitator and has worked with C-Suite leaders, managers, employees to build equitable, inclusive & diverse workplaces.
Sukanya Choudhury
CMO & Co-founder
Sukanya Choudhury’s professional career spans over two decades of experience in People function in leadership roles both as a generalist and specialist of which a major part of her professional journey has been shaped in IBM. Therein her exposure and experience resulted in a solid combination of gaining both breadth and depth across different lines of business in Global delivery; Consulting, Sales; Development Labs and in SME roles where she led teams directly and indirectly in India, Asia Pacific, Middle East – Africa and USA. In her last role she was the CHRO of Kyndryl India, a global IT infrastructure service, a spun out organisation from IBM.
